This is a digital product, not a satisfaction trial or a “try it and see” guarantee.
Refunds are available only for a product defect, an access failure, or a billing error, such as a duplicate charge, files that will not download, broken or missing links, wrong files delivered, or inability to access purchased materials after purchase. We will first try to correct the issue. Report it within 7 days of purchase by emailing samedayturnoverkit@outlook.com with your order email and a short description of the access or defect issue.
We do not refund because you changed your mind, did not like the kit, found it “not useful” for your cleaning workflow, or downloaded/used it without a defect or access failure. Abuse, including downloading the materials and requesting a refund without a defect/access issue, may be declined.

Is this affiliated with Airbnb or VRBO?
No. This is an independent toolkit for short-term rental hosts. Not endorsed by or affiliated with Airbnb, Inc., VRBO, or any booking platform.
Will this guarantee 5-star cleaning reviews or Superhost / premier host status?
No. It helps you run a clearer cleaning process. Reviews and host status depend on many factors we don’t control.
Does “under 90 minutes” apply to every property?
It’s the target the system is designed around for a typical 1–2 bedroom turnover with a prepared supply cart. Larger homes or deep cleans may need more time — you’ll adjust the checklist to your floor plan.
Do I need special software?
No. PDFs + an Excel/CSV supply tracker (opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice) + a written walkthrough. Use what you already have. Using Google Sheets? See the README for import steps.
Can I use this with a cleaning company?
Yes. That’s the main use case — hand them the 1-pager and standards so expectations are clear before they arrive.
My cleaner’s first language isn’t English. Can I adapt the checklist?
The kit is written in English, and there are no translated versions. The supply list in Supply-Tracker.xlsx (and the CSV) is fully editable, so you can run item names and notes through a translator and keep both languages side by side. The PDF checklist itself isn’t editable, but you can write notes in your cleaner’s language on its Cleaner notes line, and proof photos read the same in any language.
Can I use this for more than one property?
Yes, for the properties you host or manage yourself. See the Usage & License section in the README for the full terms.
My turnovers aren’t same-day. Does this still work?
Yes. The checklist, photo standards, and supply tracker work the same with a day or more between guests; you just get more slack on the clock. The 90-minute target and the late-checkout advice in the walkthrough matter most on same-day flips.
What if it doesn’t fit my workflow?
This is not a satisfaction trial or a “not useful” guarantee. Refunds are limited to product defects, access failures, or billing errors reported within 7 days; see the refund policy above.
